How to stock your pantry with an adequate food supply during a pandemic and beyond.  Nutritious and delicious recipes will be included.

Linda Jean is a registered dietitian with extensive experience in providing senior nutrition expertise in both clinical and community settings. Linda’s passion for food and nutrition is infectious and insightful, bringing the culinary experience to new heights.   She has held both local and regional dietitian positions in the long term care environment and has been affiliated with assisted living and senior centers on the North Shore. She has attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York and has been published in trade journals and newsletters.
