COVID-19 Vaccinations Now Required for Entry
Any individual aged 12 years or older who wishes to enter the Shirat Hayam building is required to be fully vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine and must display proof of vaccination each time prior to entering the building. Acceptable proofs of vaccination include your original CDC-issued vaccination card, a paper copy of your vaccination card, or a digital image of your vaccination card displayed on your smartphone. Office Visits:
We recognize that congregants may need to visit the office or clergy during this time period. If an individual cannot produce a vaccination card, they and office staff will be required to wear their masks.
