Our Vision
Our Vision for the Center for Jewish Education of Congregation Shirat Hayam The Center for Jewish Education will be:
l A center where families are encouraged to participate in their children’s education.
l A center that offers flexibility to meet both individual and community educational needs.
l A center of Jewish learning that is available to the entire Jewish community.
l A dynamic, multi-generational, family-centered learning environment within our synagogue.
The Center for Jewish Education will develop programs in many areas including:
l Family Education
l Jewish Family Programs for expectant families.
l Mommy/Daddy and Me programs (Magic Moments) ages 8 months+
l Pre-school ages 18 months – Pre-K.
l Religious school (K-12)
l College Age and Post College programming (Kesher).
l Young Adult Programming and Education
l Adult Education
l Senior Education and programming.
